About Me
Hi, I’m Kori.
Owner, Kori Lane Design LLC
One person you can trust.
A home that works better for you.
I started Kori Lane Design because I know how overwhelming it can feel when repairs, projects, maintenance, and clutter start piling up. Most homeowners don’t need a dozen different contractors. They need someone they can trust to get things done.
With nearly a decade of experience, I help homeowners maintain, improve, and enjoy their homes with less stress. From painting and organization to repairs, installations, and small improvements, I offer quality work at a fair, reasonable price.
As the owner of a woman owned business, I take pride in making you feel comfortable and treating your home with the care I’d give my own. You’ll have one point of contact, clear communication, and someone ready to help you cross things off your list.
I’m here to help you feel more comfortable, organized, and at ease in your home.

A few helpful details
Before we get started.
Where do you work?
I serve homeowners and property managers in Columbus, Dublin, and surrounding areas. Send your general area with your project so we can confirm availability.
Can I combine several projects?
Yes. Send your list, and we’ll talk through what I can handle together. One point of contact means less back and forth for you.
How does pricing work?
I price by the job. We’ll agree on the scope and total before I begin. Materials and any deposit will be discussed as part of your project.
What if I’m not sure where to start?
That’s okay. Tell me what’s bothering you about your space or send a few photos. We can start with a manageable plan.
Are there projects you don’t take on?
I’m honest about my limits. I don’t handle major plumbing or major electrical work. My power washing services focus on ground level surfaces and fences.

Kori helped me with a recent move. I can’t say enough nice things about her and her work ethic. She came prepared, walked through the door and started immediately. She helped pack, clean up, take things to storage, and loaded up my vehicle. It’s hard now days to find good help who you don’t have to monitor. She’s honest and her prices are fair. I highly recommend Kori for any type of help you might need.

I worked with Kori for over FOUR months. Her talent is endless and varied. I had a lot to declutter and organize and she figured it out and got it done like a boss babe, while providing a judgment- free environment
She saved me from getting multiple estimates and coordinating so many strangers in my house (I don’t have time and I don’t like people in my house lol)
I quickly came to consider she and her sweet daughter friends of mine - will def use her again, and recommend her without hesitation.
